Payment Options

Payment for your consultation and any medications that are dispensed is due at the conclusion of your appointment. Your surgeon will provide you with an estimate of costs for further treatment options he has discussed with you.

If your pet is being admitted to the hospital, we require a deposit of approximately 50% of the estimate, with the remainder of the balance due when your pet is discharged. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have about your itemized statement at discharge.

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Cash
  • Check -- will be processed electronically and funds debited from your account that day
  • Visa/Mastercard
  • Discover
  • American Express

We also accept CareCredit, which is a credit card offered for health care expenses through the GE Money Company.  You will need to apply for your CareCredit account and receive your credit limit prior to your pet's treatment.  The application and approval process generally takes less than 15 minutes and can be accomplished online or over your phone.  Please click here to learn more.

Although we are not able to accept payment directly from your pet insurance company, we are happy to help you fill out any necessary paperwork for your insurance reimbursement.
